Italian crepe paper, 60g and 90g, in different pastel colors (white cream, pale pink, ivory white, a few types of pink and coral tones, a variety of greens, etc.)and heavy weight German paper, 160g grass green. You will need good quality white glue, Mod Podge and Tacky glue, a hot glue gun and floral wires (18/20 and 24/26 gauge), embossing tools, scissors, wire cutter, foam pad, Styrofoam balls and all the basic materials that every paper florist should have in the studio. For the coloring process I use professional acrylic paints (a few types of red, white, titanium buff, yellow, ocher, green, brown and black) and Pan Pastels (brown, magenta, light pink, bright yellow, etc.). You also need a few paintbrushes, bowls and art sponges.
Access is guaranteed as long as Christine Paper Design exists and I can sustain the business and hosting costs. While I will do my best to keep it online for a very long time, my advice is to make the most of the course as soon as you purchase it: download all the materials, explore them, watch the videos, and learn as much as you can. Enjoy the process, take notes, and make use of every single detail I provide.
Normally, I would say that you need some experience with this craft, but I have seen some truly amazing results from absolute beginners. I don’t believe in limits or labels, so if you want to learn, go for it! Keep in mind that you will need to practice a few times until you get the result you desire—but that is exactly how it should be. Plus, as a beginner, you will have the opportunity to learn many techniques all at once, some of which took me years to perfect.

Yes! I offer plenty of support and guidance throughout this journey. I share detailed information on which brands to choose, how to dilute the paint, how to apply color to the paper, and many other useful painting tips to make your workflow easier. Throughout the course, I also provide advice on how to work with the paper in its natural state, without painting it.
Yes, although I have no control over how these designs are used, I would be very grateful if you tagged me when posting on social media and acknowledged the contribution of this course. For more details, make sure to read the Terms of Use.
Absolutely! The course is highly visual, and each video is accompanied by written, step-by-step instructions. Since the steps are provided in text format, you can easily copy and paste them into any translation tool (like Google Translate or DeepL) to read them in your own language.
Both courses share the same core foundation: my signature botanical approach to paper art, using fine papers and advanced sculpting techniques. However, they are presented separately because they target entirely different structural styles and mechanics. While one focuses on classic florist varieties with structured concentric spirals, the other dives deep into the complex, dense layering and intricate cores unique to garden roses. Splitting them into distinct programs allows each masterclass to provide an in-depth, dedicated learning experience without overwhelming the student. However, the GENERAL TECHNIQYES & TIPS and ROSE FOLIAGE chapters present the same content for both courses.
